Nonprofit verification is self-serve
You do not need us to approve you before you start. Create an organization, send documents immediately, and upload your registration certificate in Settings when convenient, because that is what confirms the free allowance, not permission to use the product. See what counts as proof.
Pricing questions are answered in public
Every number, including what happens when you pass the allowance and why there is no per-envelope fee, is on the pricing page. If a figure there is unclear, that is a bug in the page and worth telling us about.
Security reviews have a page of their own
